How to Know If You Are Being A Pharisee

Living in the Bible Belt and being surrounded by religion much of our lives has it's benefits, but it also presents a problem. It's possible for a person to live their entire life being very religious, but to have no real relationship with Jesus. This was the problem of the Pharisees that Jesus addresses in the parables of the lost sheep and the lost coin. These parables show us that we reveal the spiritual condition of our hearts by how we respond to the sinful condition of others. Jesus wants us to have a heart for the sinner as He does. He wants us to go from Pharisee to follower of Him.
